No quibble about arranging a maintenance and service contract cover for oil boiler based on The Outer Hebrides. Too many companies claim they are nation wide but fail to recognise/accept that the Highlands and Islands of Scotland are part of the UK. Did not have this issue with DAG.

Frequently asked questions
Your Domestic Appliance Guard plan starts on the day your application is accepted. However, there is an initial 30-day period where you cannot make a claim. This is to prevent pre-existing problems and to keep our prices low.
It is very easy to switch. If you would like to join us when your current cover ends, you can delay your start date, usually without paying any exit fees. You should be able to cancel and switch to a Domestic Appliance Guard care plan. For more information, please call our sales team on 0800 802 1411.
When you sign up to one of our plans, we’ll be in touch to let you know when your scheduled in for. When your service is due, we will be in contact to fix a date and time that suits you.
